No one is ever happy after an accident but when I came thru the door, the first thing I saw was Abby' smiling face and her eagerness to help me. She explained how the procedure would work, etc. I met the estimator who went over everything and was friendly and answered all my questions, since I am not at all mechanically inclined. Everyone made me feel confident that they could and would do the job well. The professionalism and friendliness of the team impressed me. Gerber is now my new body shop.

Very efficient and courteous from the tow to the pick up which was at the 300 Washington La grange, Il location (fixed at the Orland park location). Everything went very smooth. Only I did not get an actual phone call when the car was ready, but rather a text that I didn't get to respond to till Saturday and you were closed. Again, very happy with the service.
