Just picked up my car at the above location after having them replace the back bumper that was " scuffed " by a driver at a stop light. I must commend this facility for being the most professional from the initial appraisal thru the completion of repair. Kudos to Annabelle their receptionist for helping me with the necessary paperwork that had to be filled out. A special thank you to Rachael H. their estimator who kept me informed of the specific work that was being done on the car and taking me thru the entire process. To all the others (porters, body technicians, painters, etc.) your work was absolutely amazing and I thank you all. The only regret that I have is that I could not give you more than 5 "stars". Count on me to be one of those who will "HIGHLY WRECK-OMMEND" you to others!

I was very satisfied with the repairs on my car. Everything was handled very well. The work was done in a short time also, which I appreciated. I would recommend Gerber to everyone.

I have used Gerber Collision at this location several times. Their work is impeccable! They keep me informed along the process take the time they need to get the job right. I especially want to compliment Gina and Casey. I feel like they treat me like their BFF's! They deserve huge raises for the work they do. They know about customer service. That's why I always insist on Gerber Collision at this location when needed. I met a new employee on my last visit, Anna Bell at the front desk. She was fabulous as well.

Casey and his team handled my body damage as if they were delivering a new car back to me. Nearly a year later when I thought there was additional damage (from a new event), Gerber was able to help me resolve the issue in a very cost efficient manner. I felt like I was a true customer that they cared about vs. a number.

I chose this company because it was a select vendor from State Farm and I needed some Auto Body Repair. I brought my car in, where Val diligently reviewed the damage to my vehicle. Although a somewhat timely estimate, Val showed me every concern she had, mark she found around the accident site, and area needing to be fixed. I scheduled an appointment, brought my car in for repairs, where again, Val wiped down my vehicle and showed me every mark related to the accident, unrelated to the accident, the odometer reading, gas level, and car condition. I was told the repairs would only take three days, so I opted not to have a rental car. Annabelle called me Wednesday afternoon and explained they would be having a meeting in which she would have a better idea of when the actual repairs would be completed. She called the next day, said the car ... would be ready that evening, and scheduled me with a pick up time. Upon arriving for pick-up, my car was already waiting for me in the garage, Annabelle processed my paperwork quickly and went over all the checkout details, which she placed in an informational folder. She was quick, kind, and professional. Then Val took me to the car and showed me the repairs and explained the actions to take if I was not sure repairs were completed. I drove away, feeling satisfied; good experience. read more

For a second time Gerber has fixed my vehicle after I was rear ended. Gerber repaired my vehicle in one day and made dealing with the insurance company a breeze.
