MY HUSBAND TOOK HIS CAR OVER THERE WITHOUT A APT. THE FRONT SPOILER GOT HOOKED ON A CEMENT PARKING BUMPER.WE COULD NOT ATTACH,BILL THE SERVICE MAN GOT IT TOGETHER IN A FEW MIN.VERY THOUGHTFUL OF HIM.AND AT NO CHARGE.WE HAVE HAD 2 CARS REPAIRED THERE IN THE PAST.VERY WONDERFUL PLACE AND HELPFUL.

Unbelievably happy with my experience. I haven't needed car repair in a very long time, but I can't imagine any other shop delivering this level of customer service. When I dropped my vehicle off I was well taken care of. Even daily texts/emails on my vehicle's status. My car was delivered to my house when the repairs were completed which completely blew my mind. And, to top it all off, the repairs look great. Thanks Gerber Collision. You've gained a loyal customer.

Went in to schedule my body work that needs to be repair. I also showed Bill a scratch that someone did on my car. He said that was just paint transfer. He went into the shop and crabbed a rag and took care of it for me. That's great customer service. I truly appreciate that. That's Bill.

Service was exceptional from when I came in for an estimate, to when I dropped my car off for repairs, to getting updates via email, to when I picked up my vehicle. The work completed was outstanding. Bill and Taylor were truly great to work with. I don't think I will bring my vehicle anywhere else if I need collision repairs or auto glass in the future. Truly a pleasure to deal with Gerber on Southwest Highway in Orland Park, Illinois.
