I stopped in to get an estimate on 2 scratches on my car's bumper. The man I spoke to was very nice ( I wish I could remember his name) He explained all my options including touching up the scratches myself and the best way to do it. He did not pressure me at all. He took his time explaining everything. I was very impressed!

Honesty The garage door shut on my car's trunk and it left scratches on the trunk. Stopped at the shop to get an estimate. The estimator (Bill I think) looked at it and said that they were not scratches but paint marks from the garage. He showed me that if I buy a oil based polisher, I can rub the paint marks off the trunk..No Charge. Thank you for your honesty.
