You have to understand that I am very meticulous about my car, it is a 2011 and it still looked like new before the accident. The accident happened in Georgia on Thanksgiving Day, and had my car hauled to Gerber Collision on Blanding Blvd. Orange Park for the repair work. My husband and I went to the shop and inspected the damage with Wendy, she noted everything that she seen and several items we pointed out to her. The car went in the shop and we were called Christmas Eve day to pick up the car. We inspected the car with the General Manager, Curtis, I was not satisfied; Curtis said that they would fix everything. Curtis kept us informed the entire time, both by phone and email. Went and talked to front desk, she called Rick who looked at the rain deflectors that I wanted to have installed. He asked for my keys and told me it would b e about 15 to 20 minutes.. He drove my car back in about 10 min and gave me the keys, told me to keep the windows up for about 24 hours. When I asked what I owed him he said have a nice day. Thank You and If I ever need something fixed with car or truck, they will certainly get my business.Thank You
