OK - 1814 E 2nd St, Edmond - 1/17/25

5 stars does not seem enough for the outstanding quality and service that I received. They had me all fixed up in 4 days. There was an extensive amount of damage they wasted no time. Then Josh B personally delivered my vehicle to me when it was completed. It's nice to know when something unexpected happens to our vehicles that they were professional and communication along the way was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them !!!

Words cannot provide justice for my experience with Gerber. They went above & beyond. My techs name was Chris. Their customer service is impeccable! U can't find good cust svc anymore but they were extraordinarily amazing! My car repairs- cannot tell it was ever wrecked! They detailed my car inside & out & even cleaned under my hood!!!!! They called me halfway thru to give an update. They had my car ready the morning of the day they said it'd be ready & they delivered it to me bc I didn't have a ride to get it. Everyone there was amazing! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to everyone! They truly were AMAZING & went above & beyond which is rare if not obsolete antlymore so I was really impressed. Especially with the way my car turned out, it looks amazing!

I wanted to take a moment to comment on the wonderful service that I received at this Gerber location. I'd first like to say Debbie L, Toni and also Dana treated me with the utmost respect and care every time I called! Debbie was very thorough in her explanation of the damages, setting my expectations for the repair and also very prompt with notifications be it text or a phone call which works well with my busyness at work. The repair work and getting my car back is not the sum of my review, it's the service I got. Every time Toni answered the phone regardless of how busy it might have been, that was never passed off to me. Debbie's follow through on trying to get the car done sooner was not something I expected but appreciated! Lastly I want to say I stopped to drop off my car after thanksgiving and there was a huge potluck they had and ... what I observed is a team of people who's love for each other shines through in each interaction both internally and externally to me the customer. Would give this place 10 stars if I could!! Very personal and professional and even delivered our vehicle to our home when work was completed due to a family funeral that kept us from picking up in the day they finished our repairs. Fast forward a year and four months later our headlights quit working and was very quick and diagnosing the issues and fixing. The lifetime warranty on work done was a lifesaver. Jay was so Great to deal with!! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone! One of the best experiences in customer service that I've ever had!!

I have had Gerber work on several cars needing both minor and major body work and repair. They have always done a GREAT JOB and worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied. Had my car there for body damage to the right front panel/fender. They were very helpful and explained thoroughly what they needed to do to complete the repair. They completed the repair in 10 days, exactly as they had anticipated. The work was done well and everything looked good when I picked up the car. I really love the lifetime warranty on the work and the paint. If I need body work in the future, which I pray I do not, I will absolutely return to Gerber.

The lady at the front desk is super kind and helpful (sorry I don't have her name) and Jeff was great at handling my repair on my 2023 Mercedes Benz after someone hit me on the highway! I was super sad that my brand new vehicle was now damaged at no fault of my own, but Jeff and Gerber Collision assured me that my vehicle would be back to perfect, and everything would be Benz Certified since they are the only Benz certified shop in the OKC area. They also let me know if I am having any issues or concerns with anything at any point, to let them know and they will get my vehicle looked at promptly.
