Toni took care of me from beginning to end. From my first call to make an appointment, through reschedules, updates, and pick up. Toni stayed in contact throughout the entire process, was so kind and helpful, and she even remembered me when I came in. On top of everything else, she told Enterprise Car Rental that they would give me a car the morning I dropped off my car even though they said they wouldn't have one ready until that afternoon...and they did what she told them!!! That literally made my day! Dana was also incredibly helpful when I dropped off my car. She looked over the damage and took her time explaining things. When I picked up my car, she walked me through all of the repairs so that I understood the work that was done. And last, but not least, shoutout to all of the behind the scenes crew who did the repairs and paint. My ... car looks as good as new!! They seriously did excellent work. From the time I took the car to be looked at to the time I received it back looking absolutely perfect was minimal. David and Jill were both so accommodating and helpful and I left very happy. Still trying to get my bumper repaired by Allstate. Hopefully that will occur soon.

I am profoundly grateful to Alan C. for ensuring my car repair was of the highest quality results possible. My insurance company Progress Northern, yes my insurance company told Gerber Collision & Glass to use salvage parts to repair the damage to my 2022 Hyundai Sante Fe with only 29K miles on it, never left outside since the day I drove it off the showroom floor, not a scratch until the nasty accident occurred. Alan C. refused to accept and deliver such poor-quality workmanship and tarnish the excellent standard of Gerber Collision and Glass. Thank you to Alan and the entire Gerber team for standing for strong work ethics and values.

From start to finish everyone at Gerber in Mustang, Ok was great. With in 30 min of me submitting my online claim to my insurance company they called me to set up my initial appointment. After leaving my vehicle they were very informative and get me up to date on the status of my vehicle. When my vehicle was complete I picked it up and it was as beautiful as the first day I drove it off the lot. I hope that I don't have to come visit them again, but if an accident happens they will definitely be my first call for repairs.
