OK - 131 Holiday Dr, Ardmore - 4/3/25

I had a significant collision well outside the range my insurer would tow, so had to leave my vehicle in Ardmore, a multi-hour drive from my home, for the ~month it was under repair. The staff was so incredibly helpful and patient with my constant communication over that anxious situation going so far as to call me the morning of pickup to clarify and make sure I had everything I needed prior to traveling down there. The repairs were great, but the customer service was next level.

Second time I've had to repair my cars front end with Gerber Collision as my auto body repair shop the process was great both times. Body work was complete in a timely manner with communication updates along the way and the results were as if my cars front end is brand new. Great experience at Gerber !

Their lifetime guarantee is for real! I had a post repair issue and they remedied the problem immediately. Any business will miss something on occasion. But the one who stands behind their service like Gerber, is the one I will use again. The repair was outstanding as well.
