My daughter's car had been in an accident. Joe Priest was our estimator. He was polite and kind to both me and my daughter. He told us what to expect. He kept his word on everything. Told us upfront what the cost would be and it did not change one penny. Will definitely be going back. 10 out of 10!!

Everyone that I came into contact with was very kind and helpful. The job itself was done great and Brandon nicely offered to help me with another issue I had with my door that was unrelated to the claim I was bringing in. Overall, the service and repair exceeded my expectations.

Excellent job of restoring my Escape after the hail storm in Sept. They fixed all the hail dents, replaced my broken windshield and repaired a large dent. With 88k miles on my vehicle, it looks almost new. Although they were still backed up from the tornado last spring they got it back in under a month. With their relationship with Progressive and Enterprise (I had rental reimbursement) that part went seamlessly smooth. I also appreciated that they called every tues. and thurs. to provide updates.Definitely will refer them any chance I get.

Gerber Collision was amazing! I hit a deer right before Thanksgiving. Gerber was on the list of preferred collision companies that State Farm sent me! They had my car fixed in 3 weeks, always kept me updated on the progress, parts they were waiting on, etc. I felt like I had a brand new car when I picked it up! Thank you Gerber! I would definitely recommend.
