I am so impressed with the care for me and my vehicle. Samantha handled the entire process. From the insurance company to the rental care and would say her communication was on point. She was pleasant, reviewed the damages and reviewed the car with me after it was fixed. Up-dates were sent to me every week. Would call me back if I had questions in a timely manner. I was very impressed and would recommend their service. I can't remember the name of the woman at the front that answers the phone but she also was pleasant, answered questions and was instrumental in taking care of my car and that I had what I needed. Thank you so much.

The service at the 71st street location was amazing, there customer service is the standard all businesses should use. This is our second time to have work done in the past few years, and the quality of work and customer service has been consistent if not improving over time. Their body work and timeline to complete the work are on point. Insurance claims, loss of vehicle use, and cost out of pocket is bad enough, however they make the whole process easier, do a lot of the work for you, and a pleasure to do business with.

We brought our car in for an estimate for a repsir due to running into a tree and knocking rear panel loose and denting the panel. Instead of an estimate, Jamie called over a technician who popped the dent out and reattached the panel with his hands as the tool! Looked good as new. No charge. We were ecstatic and so grateful. We don't know the technician's name but he is fantastic. This was our third time for Gerber's and always hsve received excellent customer service and D. Kerley.
