Tyler was very helpful in dealing with a difficult insurance company, went to bat for me to ensure they paid what they should as well as went above and beyond to detail and look into fixing my rear window wiper that wasn't working. Would recommend to anyone!

Everyone at Gerber was so helpful and kind especially when a the final part needed to complete my repair was lost in transit. But just as all hope was lost, in walks the delivery person and the part. We brought our car in for an estimate for a repsir due to running into a tree and knocking rear panel loose and denting the panel. Instead of an estimate, Jamie called over a technician who popped the dent out and reattached the panel with his hands as the tool! Looked good as new. No charge. We were ecstatic and so grateful. We don't know the technician's name but he is fantastic. This was our third time for Gerber's and always hsve received excellent customer service and D. Kerley.

The work was done within a couple weeks and at least a week before the expected finish date. The vehicle was repaired with the high quality work. There is no visible way to tell the work was done. When receiving the vehicle it appeared newer than when dropped off. The mechanic delivered the vehicle for no cost after the repairs. I highly recommend these guys.
