The staff was professional, courteous and kept me up to date through every step of the process. The technicians returned my car looking brand new having fixed every issue including a couple I had not originally noticed. They even honored my special requests. The staff worked together with Enterprise and the insurer to be sure I had an adequate temporary vehicle. Very satisfied.

They handled everything for us, including working with our insurance company and obtaining a rental car for us. Well, where do I start. Right from the beginning the professionalism exhibited by this Gerber location was exceptional. Twice each week they called with updates on the progress that was being made.
