Amber coordinated the rental car process, reached out to my insurer, USAA, and handled the ocean of documentation that accompanies accident claims and repairs. Picking my car up, I only had to arrive, leave the rental car, and drive off in my new looking car. Never thought it could be so easy. Thank you!!
