They fixed my bumper fast and it didnt cost and arm and a leg. It came in the correct color so I didnt have to pay for color matching. All staff were friendly. I recommend using this company and id use it again.

So very accommodating! Stopped in for estimate and they provided my cost with and without using insurance. Scheduled the repairs at my convenience. I brought the car in a little late on the day scheduled but they still completed it on time. Even buffed out a small area not "covered" in the repairs for no charge. Highly recommend.

I had hail damage to 2 of my cars, called my ins. co and they directed me to Gerber in n. Olmsted. when I called I spoke with Judy and she took it from there. she got me in for estimates, submitted them and got approval for the repairs. Judy then scheduled both my cars so they would be back to back and arranged my rental car. the whole transaction took about 3 weeks start to finish which I thought was amazing. another thing that was amazing is that I never even spoke to my ins adjuster, Judy handled everything. in the future if I ever need collision or glass repair I know where I'm going. thank you Judy it was a pleasure
