Where do I begin!! This group is an amazing group from the girls at the desk to the guys in the back making the repairs. Unfortunately I was involved in 2 accidents over the last 2 years that were not my fault with minor damage. This crew not only fixed my car to where you would never know, but it looked like it came off the showroom floor each time I picked it up. I love this team, they are consistent with messages on the status of the repair and follow up with a call to say it's complete and ready for pick up! I have referred several people to Gerber on Cleveland Ave, they are thorough and amazing. I hope I don't have any future repairs but I know I will always go to Gerber in the future and no where else! Great team! Feels like family! ??????

Jesse is an Excellent Estimator with knowledge, explanations of repair, how long it will take, concern for customer, making sure you understand procedure and time frame. Constant updates on the repair. He is patient, thorough and wonderful to work with. Antoinette the Office contact is extremely knowledgeable, concerned with your problem and extremely helpful with details of my car rental, arranging I need to ensure complete satisfaction for any questions or concern. Gerber has the best office staff! They have kept me up to date even though Progressive has been slow due to weather. I am 100% pleased with the body work done on my car! It looks like a brand new car! They are the best!

Gerber has helped me through a car/deer accident and an 87 year old woman swiped my new car. Gerber's front desk has been superior at keeping me up to date, because Progressive has been very slow due to winter weather. Honestly, Gerber amazes me because of their limited space, but they do an amazing job getting cars repaired! Just amazing! 100% pleased!

As difficult as it was to find someone to do the line-up for the electronic bits at the end, John continued to contact people to accomplish the task. I was kept informed of the progress on a daily basis and the van was washed and blown out before returning it to me.
