Gerber has the best office staff! They have kept me up to date even though Progressive has been slow due to weather. I am 100% pleased with the body work done on my car! It looks like a brand new car! They are the best!

Gerber has helped me through a car/deer accident and an 87 year old woman swiped my new car. Gerber's front desk has been superior at keeping me up to date, because Progressive has been very slow due to winter weather. Honestly, Gerber amazes me because of their limited space, but they do an amazing job getting cars repaired! Just amazing! 100% pleased!

As difficult as it was to find someone to do the line-up for the electronic bits at the end, John continued to contact people to accomplish the task. I was kept informed of the progress on a daily basis and the van was washed and blown out before returning it to me.

Gerber Collision and Glass did a wonderful job repairing my Toyota. It looks as good as new after the auto accident. It was done in a timely manner and they made setting up a rental for me so easy. They throughly explained everything every step of the way and I loved the text updates I received during the repair. All of the staff was super friendly! I highly recommend them and I would use them again in the future.

Great Service. I was impressed with how FAST the job was completed! Representatives IN-STORE were professional, polite and great to deal with. The icing on the CAKE? My car had been vacuumed & washed prior to giving it back to me. Great experience all-around!
