Their service was absolutely top-notch. Ron was very helpful and insightful to the process, and they kept me very well informed of the status of my vehicle. They were also incredibly accurate in their estimate and even came in below the initial estimate after everything was wrapped up. The work they did was stunning, and they rebuilt the entire back end of my car to the point where it looks brand new again. They also did all this work 6 days before the initial time estimate. I will most definitely be continuing to use this shop for any of my future autobody work in the future!

Jim (James M) was the service member who kept in close contact with me. He called when the timeline potentially moved back due to delays on the parts. He texted me as my car went through the repair process to keep me in the loop. Ultimately, my car was done much sooner than he prepared me for and that is the epitome of good service. Further: the receptionist was a kind woman who dealt with myself and all the other customers gracefully - while she clearly had to do multiple things at once. This team in Columbus has made one happy customer.

Great staff who went out of their way to help me not only get my car repaired but also getting me into a rental, so I didn't have to miss any work. Despite a bit of an issue with a part being delivered to the wrong service location, Kevin and the rest of the staff went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic experience! Absolutely no complaints, nothing but love for their performance! I would definitely recommend Gerber to any of my family and friends!
