My 2011 car required both collision repair and window replacement. I am so pleased with the work that I feel I am now driving a 2023 car. They have completed an excellent job in repair work and everyone I came in contact with was so kind and pleasant. I highly recommend this Gerber establishment and should I ever need to have my car serviced again I will only take it there. have already let others know about Gerber and glass in Lebanon, Ohio.

Jackie, Sarah and Nick all took the time to walk me through what needed to be done and kept me updated with how the repairs were going. My truck was completed days ahead of schedule. I expected a 2nd survey email about the hood latch and antenna but it didn't happen. Thanks for the follow up fix. A special TY to whoever eliminated the "oil change due" light even though it wasn't due. It just didn't get reset last oil change.
