If I could give Gerber Collision in Brunswick, Ohio more than 5 stars, I would. From my very first call to the final pickup of my repaired vehicle, they provided phenomenal customer service and flawless body work. The care and attention started immediately. The staff thoroughly reviewed the damage to my vehicle and ensured I understood every step of the process. They took care of arranging my rental car, even providing door-to-door pickup and drop-off. Throughout the repairs, they kept me updated with text messages on the status and made sure I knew exactly where things stood. The technicians took great pride in every detail, working diligently to restore my vehicle to its pre-accident condition. They went above and beyond to replace parts properly and ensure a perfect color match on the new paint. I am thrilled with how my vehicle looks ... and drives - it's as if the accident never even happened! The staff at Gerber Collision are true professionals who care deeply about customer satisfaction. Five stars for sure. My car was in for collision repair and I worked with Ben J. in Perrysburg. He was excellent, he explained everything. And when the chrome was backordered, he let us know immediately. He went to a meeting in Columbus and heard someone saying they couldnt use some chrome. He checked and and brought it back for my car. This location was very courteous, professional. Will definitely tell someone who needs work.

Really excellent service, including front desk and Patrick Moyer, the estimator, and several other people in the office. It took three plus weeks for Honda to deliver a back-ordered rear bumper, but Gerber kept me informed the entire time. Gerber has a good working relationship with Progressive, who handled the claim. (Progressive is not my carrier, but handled the claim directly with them as their insured hit me.) I am very happy with the final product, and would refer Gerber to anyone.
