My 2001 dodge was repaired at your service center. I was stuck in a hotel and your service center repaired my truck in 3 days. the should of taken 9 or 10 days, but they got me out of there in 3 days. They also let me keep my trailor in there lot while the service was being done. The Service rep was Anatoliy Cherneta and the team of people should be comended for the fine Job. Tony, I just wanted to thank you again for the excellent work you performed once again on my truck. I know our company is in your shop regularly and once again, you have got us scheduled to fit our needs, completed the work on time, done an excellent job and have not run over budget. It is important to us to keep our vehicles looking their best even though we are in the industrial application. You have helped us maintain a good clean appearance. By the way I left the shop yesterday and an hour later my son called and had had a trailer jackknife coming down the turnpike, we'll have that one in for an estimate very soon. My wife and I picked up our 2008 Honda Accord at Gerber's Powell location yesterday. I just wanted to thank Gerber and their excellent team -Bob, Tony and Jerry - for the way they took care of restoring our Honda. Everything went as they indicated. They were there when they said they would be for me to drop the car off and pick up the Enterprise rental. They kept us apprised of Gerber's progress with the car, even checking to make sure my prescription sun glasses were in the Honda. We called when we left Delaware to let them know when we were coming to get the car. They had the motor running and the car nice and toasty on a bitter cold day. We have used Tru2Form, now Gerber's before when fixing our cars with our USAA insurance. Your staff is pleasant, does what they say they are going to do on time with a great result. I just wanted to thank you and your exceptional staff (Katie & Ozzie) at the Grandview location for their immediate attention and completion of my new GMC Terrain repair that was repaired and back to me within 3 days. I was really impressed with the text alerts, very nice to have that for those with busy schedules. This was my first vehicle accident and everything seemed stressful except for the repair of my vehicle. Thank you for making everything perfect and stress free. Just wanted to update you that the car seems to running fine. Also wanted to send a belated thank you to you and your colleagues at Gerber Collision for the care and attention to detail that you all took to reconstruct my car after the accident with the deer. It was comforting to knowl that there was someone looking out for my interests even though the car repair was done 500 miles away.

"I just picked my vehicle up today , it needed front fender work from somebody hitting me in a parking lot. I took my car in for an estimate, they got me right in, and within a few days scheduled me an appointment to get the work done. Everyone there was very nice , Teddy was the woman at the front desk, and Bryan and Mike gave me the estimate and explained everything being done to the car. All very friendly, with great customer service! When I dropped it off they said they would sweep the car out before I got it back, thinking they would just do the floors in the front, well they went beyond, I can tell the windows, all the floors even the trunk was cleaned out!! I also liked the "Thank you coupon" for the paint glazing service, I will definitely be in to use that soon!"
