EMAIL: You all fixed my Lexus RX a couple of weeks ago, and I wanted to thank you for the great service. The car looks GREAT. Also, Katie mistakenly told me my car was ready the evening before I was able to pick it up. She completely rectified the situation, apologized multiple times, and even arranged for someone to drop the car at my house and drop the rental car back to Enterprise. She was extraordinarily helpful, and I wanted to ensure she wasn’t penalized in any way for the mistake with the car pick up time. I walked away with a great feeling about Gerber, and she was instrumental in that.
