This is to say THANKS to the team at Gerbel located 4718 Southwest Highway Oaklawn Il for doing a great job on repairing my car and accommodating me as well because I was out of town due to work while my car was being repaired but i had great assurance from them that the damage to my car would be restored back to the way it was prior to the damage,,, I highly recommend this location because of the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE they provide.They went above and beyond for me while my car was being repaired by them. I had the unforunate thing happen to me ovr holiday season ,a motorist hit my car while parked and didnt report or leave contact info. Thru my ins I was referrd to (GERBER) were they made this whole ordeal to be much easier. The 1st day I drop car off they were polite and ask if I needed anythng else, thy offrd me to my rental but I was in walking distance. They stayed in-contct wth me about repairs and once completed, called to say work done which I was impressed seeing that it was holiday season. I pick up car and work was beautiful as though nothng ever happen and it rides smooth, I would referr all friends and family to them.

I was highly impressed with their customer service and updates which they gave to me all the time. I was told it would be done on May 5th and I got a call from them and it was done April 29th.
