The service I received at Gerber was absolutely “Excellent”. I am a totally satisfied customer!!! On Sat 5/ 19/2012 I brought my car (Toyota Camry XLE) into Gerber to have my front bumper replaced as a result of an accident earlier in the week. I was greeted by Jose Vega (estimator). Upon meeting Jose I knew my car would be in good hands by him & his staff. I was verbally told my finish date would be 5-7days (due to the crash report, insurance approval and parts needed to be ordered). Jose suggested I get a rental from across the way at enterprise. Within 3 days Jose called me to provide an update & stated my car would be ready for pick up early the following week. This is to say THANKS to the team at Gerbel located 4718 Southwest Highway Oaklawn Il for doing a great job on repairing my car and accommodating me as well because I was out of town due to work while my car was being repaired but i had great assurance from them that the damage to my car would be restored back to the way it was prior to the damage,,, I highly recommend this location because of the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE they provide.They went above and beyond for me while my car was being repaired by them. Gerber Collision made it very easy to take in my car and repair. It only took them a few days and they kept me updated as often as they could. My car looks great now and they couldn't have done a better job!

A-1 organization from start to finish. Estimate clearly explained. Professional on the phone. Tues and Thurs status call was unexpected and a very nice touch. Car was ready when promised. Car looks beautiful. Hopefully I will not need another repair, but I would highly wreck-ommend Gerber!!

I had the unforunate thing happen to me ovr holiday season ,a motorist hit my car while parked and didnt report or leave contact info. Thru my ins I was referrd to (GERBER) were they made this whole ordeal to be much easier. The 1st day I drop car off they were polite and ask if I needed anythng else, thy offrd me to my rental but I was in walking distance. They stayed in-contct wth me about repairs and once completed, called to say work done which I was impressed seeing that it was holiday season. I pick up car and work was beautiful as though nothng ever happen and it rides smooth, I would referr all friends and family to them.
