In addition to the very professional service, they aided me in rental car needs!!! I was more than happy to patronize their business, even in this hard economy.... Money well spent! My experience with Gerber was exceptional the associate Jose Vega was very personable and understanding of my accident. I got the sense that at Gerber, they want to get your auto repaired and get you out on the road as fast as possible without any hassles. And Jose did that, I recieved better serviced than I expected and my auto was repaired perfectly. I would definitely recommend Gerber for your collision repairs!

I would like to say that I had a very pleasant experience with Gerber Collision. Communication was excellent between me and the shop. I am also pleased with the fact that they took on the responsibility of accommodating me with a complimentary rental due to miscommunication with the insurance company. I very well pleased with the service that I received with Gerber. Jose' stayed in contact with me weekly and I highly appreciate his expertise and pleasant customer service. Thank you!!!!!!

The service I received at Gerber was absolutely “Excellent”. I am a totally satisfied customer!!! On Sat 5/ 19/2012 I brought my car (Toyota Camry XLE) into Gerber to have my front bumper replaced as a result of an accident earlier in the week. I was greeted by Jose Vega (estimator). Upon meeting Jose I knew my car would be in good hands by him & his staff. I was verbally told my finish date would be 5-7days (due to the crash report, insurance approval and parts needed to be ordered). Jose suggested I get a rental from across the way at enterprise. Within 3 days Jose called me to provide an update & stated my car would be ready for pick up early the following week.
