I was very happy with the way the car was repaired. Mr. Hauser kept me informed on the progress of my car each day. My daughter had her car repaired there last year and was happy with the results also. The reason that I went to your place is because my sister in law works for Farmers Insurance and recomended your company also. Next time that I need body work or glass, your place will be the fist place that thatI think of.

Five stars for the excellent service received when I brought my vehicle in for repairs. It was done in a quick manner. Updates were provided via text messaging. Any necessary changes to estimate was followed up by a phone call. I was pleased with courtesy of the staff.

Service was absolutely excellent! I brought my wife's Toyota Yaris in. She was rear-ended and Don, and I believe his name was Hector, treated us like family. Kind, compassionate, attentive, and they did excellent work in an efficient manner. They contacted me, even though I didn't answer some times. To let me know that things were progressing well and that they would be done in no time. I highly "wreck" ommend them!

Excellent service, only thing that can be improved is i would appreciate if they can get my car fixed earlier. i waited for 2 weeks before i can drop off my car. i know it's because of so many collisions these days due to heavy snow and that would not be their fault.

My car was recently repaired at the above location. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received. The Estimator, Don H., was professional and considerate. He listened to my concerns since I was going to be out of the country while the repairs were being done, he agreed to contact me by email instead of texting which would have cost me more. The insurance of the party at fault was wonderful to deal with and I had no complaints. I would recommend Gerber in a minute.

Gerber Oak Lawn was able to start work on my mother's car very quickly -- much, much sooner than local competitors. The job was done in the time promised. Communication was top-notch and every staff member I met treated me with patience, kindness, & respect. Of course I hope I never need their services again, but, if I do, I'll be back.
