I just picked up my Ford Explorer. Great job. But what I found truly exceptional was Gerbers customer service. While all of the employees in the office area were friendly, very helpful, one stood out. Jessica who handled my claim from appraisal through delivery was phenomenal. She kept me informed throughout the repair process, remembered details I initially mentioned and had forgotten and cleaned an area of my vehicle that was overlooked upon delivery. I don't often leave feedback, but this experience primarily do to Jessica compelled me. Thanks Jessica, no one wants to have collision work done but you made it pleasant and painless.

The work done on my car was great;Tim was very accommodating. However, the employees, especially Amy, are spectacular. No matter how many times I called - she was always friendly, listened to my needs and it was all done professionally and with complete efficiency. I called Thursday afternoon how many more days until I could get my car washed and she cheerfully told me. Then most unfortunately, only a few hours later my befriends' husband hit my car! When I walked into Gerber Collision - Amy greeted me with Hi Ms. ****, what can we do for you today? (Sorta surprised to see me). When I told her it was hit - immediately Jess went out looked at my car, wrote up an estimate, Amy emailed the estimate to my friend; called my friend and she approved it along with setting me up with a rental at my convenience.
