My experience with Gerber Collision at the Novi location, from the first contact with Tami on the phone to set up my appointment on my 2017 Chevy Trax for the collision estimate on 1/17/18 with Ryan L., M259169, to the delivery of my vehicle by Matt on 1/18/18 was excellent! They were very professional in dealing with my concerns, friendly and excellent in making me feel that I was a priority in their day. I would also like to thank the four that worked on my vehicle in the Collision Repair department for their excellent service in getting my vehicle repaired for my usage the next day. Also my thanks to any others I had contact with in completing my paperwork over the phone before receiving my vehicle. You have an excellent staff working at the Novi Gerber Collision location!
