AMAZING!!!! I have had to take two different vehicles to them and both times, I have had AMAZING customer service, Nanette, is amazing! The auto work is superior and every staff member consistently provided me timely and bi-weekly feedback. Highly Recommend! Very professional from start to finish and I got my car back early on both occasions!

Having never been in an accident requiring body work, I didn't know what to expect. I think they did a great job repairing the damage. It looks brand new. It was done in a reasonable time frame, about a week and a half. The people I spoke with were professional and efficient. It did take a couple of days after my scheduled appointment to dropped the car off for them to begin working on it. Since I was renting a car I would have liked to have know they wouldn't get to my car right away and taken two days of rent expenses off. My rental was very inexpensive so it was not a hardship but in the future I will know to ask about real time frames once my appointment date is closer. Overall a good experience and I would go back again in the future.

Took longer than I had hoped it would take just to get in for repairs but once it was in for repair I think they were done in a reasonable and timely manner. At this point the repair work all seems to be acceptable as well. Everyone was friendly, cordial, and helpful overall. Good experience overall. Thank you.
