Besides being located in a convenient ares fro me Gerber make the process very easy and efficient. They were proactive with status-completion progress with e-mails and calls. Repair was competed before target completion date. Gerber/Allstate (Frank) folks were all very attentive and there's a good vibe. Best experience I have had with an auto repair company. Highly recommend Gerber's Raleigh location. PS the car look great!
