I talked to receptionist before I arrived and she was wonderful very nice and very helpful. Took my car in and she was just as nice in person. I talked with Jeramy N. and he did my estimate right then and was very quick about it. He ordered parts I took it back for repair and it only took several days. While they had my car they arranged for me to get a rental from enterprise.

This branch has helped me with several delivery van collision repair incidents during the past 3 years. The work is done in a timely manner and I have never had to take a van back to the shop for re-work. Each van has also been repaired both mechanically and cosmetically to my satisfaction. Kimberly Q. has kept me updated throughout the process frequently through phone, text, or email. Great job always and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for collision repair.

Jim walked me through what would take place and He further advised me there may be a color variation once the bumper was painted. " Looks Perfect" I got my car back in 1 day. "Gerber you guys are the best ! you deserve 10 stars not 5. I dropped my car off on Monday morning July 30, 2018 at 7am. I received a call the same day giving me a update on my car, telling me it could possibly be ready by Wednesday evening at the lastest (2 days yall). When I saw my car on Wednedsay evening two days later. As I drove up on the pa lot to pick it up of course on Wednesday as promised , oh yes it was a WOW. I am completely satisfied with the repairs that was done. The employees were surperb from checkin to checkout. Noah is a awesome man of God, he called 3 days in advance to see if I could possibly bring my car in before the scheduled date so they could get started. Not to mention the bodywork man behind the scene that actually does the work, they're the ones who really makes Gerber look good. On Monday when I arrived ... Noah received my car and at the end he was there to present my car back to me. Noah again you are a awesome man of God. You know I could go on and on and on, about the satisfaction I feel. I 'd better stop before my supervisor come around. Keep up the awesome work. Ms. Gwendolyn Prayer. One more thing my car was back to me so quickly that I only had to put $5 worth of gas in the rental, now that was a quick turnaround. I can truly say the entire staff was friendly. They went above and beyond to provide quality customer service. When we were preparing to leave they gave us free pizza, and we even got to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the birthday guy. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 10 INSTEAD OF A 5 I WOULD.

Really pleased with the service at Gerber Collision in Morganton, NC. I had to have both of my vehicles repaired at the same time. They kept me informed on the status of the repairs and any changes that were being made to the original estimates. Darren did the estimates and he was really great. The receptionist (I can't recall her name) was very nice and helpful. The work turned out great on both vehicles and I will be back again if I ever need collision repairs on my vehicle. I would feel more then comfortable with recommending these folks to handle vehicle repairs for my friends.
