On 13Aug , monday morning i was ready to leave for office and i found my left side car mirror was broken and it was off, the left bumper and door also had a damage...It looks like somebody hit my car at night when it was parked in the parking area of our neighborhood. I got the recommendation from the insurance company - Liberty Mutual, that i can take the car to Gerber Collision for repair. Thanks Gail for handling my case. Whenever i called Gerber Collision for update, Gail was always responsive, kind and gave a confident that my car was in a right hand and it would be fixed. So far my experience was good and i would recommend others to reachout to Gerber Collision for any kind of repair work.

I'm very very satisfied with the body work done on my vehicle. You guys did an awesome job matching up my rather difficult paint color. You can't even tell that my vehicle was involved in an accident all! Also Gail and Rodney have excellent customer service. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process from start to finish. I would definitely do business with you again in the future.

The service I receive is continually the best. Gail calls me and informs me of the status of our fleet trucks very promptly and when our truck repairs are completed, we are always satisfied. Even though our office has moved, we continually come back because the service and staff at Gerber are better than any other service location our company has dealt with.Thank you and we'll see you next time.

My vehicle a Lincoln MKS was recently totaled. I was not at fault and requested that it be taken to Gerber Collision . This was the second time I had been rear ended in this vehicle and the first time it was repaired at Gerber. The staff are so professional and the whole situation which is normally not a pleasant situation, was amazing. I want to say a special "thank you " to Chuck A. who is the Estimator. He and his two technicians (I apologize for not remembering their names) went above and beyond what was required of them. I also would like to thank Tabitha the manager and also Becky. Thank you again for making this a memorable experience.
