NC - 1510 Hooker Rd, Greenville - 10/4/24

Had an accident with a deer while visiting daughter's College. My car was towed to Gerber Collision and Glass on a Saturday. The place was closing but the gentleman waited for us to arrive so we could drop off car. He was very nice and informative and told us to call on Monday since they were closed on Sunday. We had to rent a car from nearby airport and drive back to NY. On Monday we were dealing with Marie, who was so helpful. She kept in constant communication with us via e-mail and phone. She guided us through the process with our insurance and went above and beyond. Although our car was totaled in NC and we were in NY, Marie and staff made a stressful situation a lot less stressful. It is without reservations that I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass! They are awesome!!!!!!

We are from Mississippi and are here in NC working with Duke Energy on hurricane Helene. My rear blinker bulb went out and I was in a panic due to how much we use it while driving and assessing damage with the large amount of traffic that we are in daily. I was heading to the Honda place next door and missed the turn and ended up at Gerber's. A young man was outside taking a picture of another car with damage. We told him our predicament and he had us fixed up and out of there in less than five minutes. He was very knowledgeable, skilled, and so kind. I wish we had more people in the world like him. Thank you sooooooo much, y'all are the best! It was such a small thing for y'all but a really big issue for us. Y'all are the GOAT!!!!!

From the minute you walk in, you are treated with kindness, empathy and respect. It all continues as the tech explains how they will repair the damage! This is the third time I have used Gerber on Wilkinson Blvd in CLT. I mean, not that I want to have another collusion, but if fate intervenes, I will ALWAYS choose this shop! PS they cleaned my car as well!

This was my 2nd time having a service done on my car and again the service was great! I needed a tail light replaced and it was done quickly and efficiently. They are super friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate taking my vehicle back to then in the event I needed a repair.

From the first moment of meeting Ryan O until the instant I saw the incredible finished job on my Mercedes, I never had any doubt that the finished product wasn't going to be spectacular!! I cannot express the level of satisfaction that I have with the finished job and can only state that this shop keeps it's promises and delivers for it's customers. The constant updates as to progress on a regular basis was much appreciated.
