An unpleasant occurrence was followed by a very pleasant experience at Gerber. I felt totally at ease throughout the entire process. The work looks spectacular. They definitely get my recommendations. And did I mention that they dealt with the insurance company regarding the repairs so I was relieved of that aggravation. Plus they kept me updated every few days with a progress report. Awesome!!

She remained professional and courteous as she interacted with customers in-person, on phone and with technicians.
