The workers were very nice and got my car down in such a short amount of time. Some of the parts came in broken and they called to let us know they had to reorder it. They were super helpful when we picked up the car and gave us a whole booklet on things to do and not to do. They also thanked us multiple times for our service.

Gabe W. handled my repair. We had a long wait for parts that were beyond Gerber's control, but I appreciated the weekly updates so I would know what to expect. I also appreciated his willingness to support me as while the car was in the final stages of the repairs, they worked with me to help with getting all the tires updated while going through this process. Nothing but responsive, so congratulations on a job well done!

From drop off to pick up of my Toyota Highlander, I had a great experience. Casey kept me updated at least twice a week and let me know if delays were potentially going to occur and how they were trying everything to make my car ready by the promised date. She called other vendors to get parts that were delayed at other places. I just felt like she went above and beyond to expedite the process as much as she could. With shipping delays felt everywhere-she managed to make it happen. My car was ready on the day promised, very clean when I picked it up, and pulled to the front of the building ready for me. No one likes to have their car at "the shop" but I felt like the Gerber team made it as smooth as possible. The car looks good as new! Big Thanks!!

The business does a very good job and completes the job on time. My vehicle aways looks like new when the vehicle is returned to me.

EVERYONE I came in contact with, whether over the phone or in person, was amazing! I have no complaints whatsoever. This was my first experience with collision repair and it was absolutely painless with this staff. Melody was great from the start and continued to be extremely helpful with all my questions. George was very helpful and knowledgeable when he was accessing the damages upon drop off of my vehicle. Kacy was also very pleasant and kept me updated on what was going on with everything. Those 3 were the only ones I encountered and I'm sure that's how a good shop is supposed to run. The staff behind the scenes must be awesome too because I got my vehicle back on the initial promise date despite delay in receiving items. Way to go Gerber Collision & Glass of Mooresville, NC!!!

I'm extremely pleased with the outstanding service received continually from Gerber. My recent experience saved me $700 after the skilled specialist saw the damage and realized he could just repair and not have to replace my bumper as originally planned. His willingness to use his expertise instead of taking the easy way out with a complete replacement showed me that this business will earn your trust by doing the right thing and not charging more than is absolutely necessary.
