I would like to say these guys are beyond AMAZING! Jeff was amazing and had EXCELLENT communication during this hard time. He kept me up to date on every little detail with what was going on!! I was told my car wouldn't be ready until the middle of April and I got a call today letting me know it was ready for pick up! 2 weeks! They got it done in very good timing and took care of everything I needed and more! and not to mention my car looks BRAND NEW!!! Thanks so much you guys! Ya'll are truly amazing!!!!

This is the third time I have had a vehicle repaired at this Gerber Collision location. They have always been courteous and prompt in their service. This time they took special care with my husband's wheelchair accessible van and completed the repair quickly!

Kacy and the team were great! We hit a bit of a hiccup when repairs ended up costing a little bit more than expected which resulted in filing an insurance claim, but Kacy was quick to communicate with the claim agent to get the ball rolling again. They provided me timely updates and got my vehicle back to me a week ahead of schedule. Absolutely recommend Gerber Mooresville for ANY repairs.
