Very easy company to work with. Kept me informed constantly on everything that was going on with my car. No one ever likes to have to get their car repaired, but Gerber made it painless. The Gerber collision people are awesome. Great communication, updates, and friendliness. I usually do not write reviews but this company really impressed me. I was in a car crash, the back was destroyed and the insurance company was a pain, but Gerber was awesome. Thank you Gerber for making my life a little easier, wish insurance company was as easy as you all.

Gerber replaced my damaged running board and door trim and did a fantastic job. Everyone we dealt with at Gerber were knowledgeable and courteous, and kept us fully informed. We have used Gerber before and will use them again if need be. They are a 5-Star operation.

Everybody at Gerber Collision was wonderful. They kept me updated daily, and went out of their way to keep costs down. The work looked brand new when done. Very friendly staff. And I loved them handling the rental car back and forth, so convenient. Would definitely recommend them!!

They did a great job repairing my bumper in a timely manner. I had to get the whole thing replaced and they got it done in three days, even though the expected wait time was longer. I was very happy with the work and glad I chose Gerber!

Impressed! My new to me Mercedes needed some badly touched up door chips fixed. The folks in the Wilmington shop were the best to deal with from the initial look at the car and all through the final repairs. -Excellent customer service from all involved, including detailed updates throughout the process. Other shops should follow this approach. -A small job, but treated like a big job, scheduled and performed to schedule. Nice, no delay surprises. -Clear instruction on future washes and waxes were provided, showing they care about their work after you drive away. -Insurance handling was painless. Bottom line, the car door was completely re-worked, couldn't be more pleased, looks like factory level of effort, if not better. Thank you.
