'From beginning to end my experience with T2F was fantastic! There are several customer service specific features like the website with status photos and the reports at the end that I've never seen elsewhere and were a wonderful bonus. From the first step of "hello..." to the end pickup it was a completely different type of body shop experience. Instead of a mechanic shop transaction it was more like a new relationship with personal customer service interactions. Ten Stars! (now i wish my dealership relationship could be this good!)'
