"I would like to commend you and your staff for the exceptional customer service extended to me and my family while my car was being repaired. Phil Derosa was our repair representative throughout the process and he and other staff provided us with daily of regular updates on the status of my car repairs. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to assist in any way possible. Phil was great to work with! My husband and I were extremely pleased with the services provided and even my 5 year old daughter said "they were nice". Hopefully we dont need to use you guys in the future, but "accidents" happen and if so, you'll be the first on our list. I will also recommend you to anyone and everyone I know!"

'I originally went to True2Form in Cary around April or May because I got into an accident and needed my bumper and radiator replaced. They made sure that I was updated on the progress of my vehicle at all times. I requested that they also provide me with an estimate on the trunk of my car which had missing paint due to a previous accident. The previous auto body shop did not do a great job on making sure the trunk was painted correctly. True2Form provided me with an estimate. They not only provided me with an estimate but they also gave me advice that eventually made the previous autobody shop pay for the damages. Bobby at True2Form did everything he could to make sure that I was taken care of. He communicated with the insurance company along with others to help me get my trunk fixed. His persistence paid off.
