'I was in the accident on Monday on wednesday I was contacted to bring it in for preliminary inspection. My vehicle was dropped off on Wednesday I was told initially that it would be returned by Tuesday. However Ricky called me and said that I would have my vehicle on Friday. Instead of them having my vehicle for 6 days it was actually less than 36 hours. I am very satisfied with the condition in which my vehicle was returned. Every step of the process was amazing. Thank you. You will definately have more buisiness from me in the future. (no accidents though)'

She was pleasant, patient, concerned, and eager to address all my less knowledable auto questions.
