Every aspect of my recent repair(Picked it up 7/26/2012) of my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix 40th Anniversary Edition was handled in an EXCELLENT Manner of Proficiency... On maybe 3 occasions in the past 14 years +/- I used True To Form and Gerber is Continuing their Superior Standards of Customer Service... James(Jim) Loyd Location Manager was Especially Helpful...!!

My insurance company recommended this company and I am glad that they did. From the friendliness and courtesy of the receptionists, to the accuracy and professionalism of the estimator and the excellent work of the mechanic, I couldn't have been more pleased. I appreciated the daily updates on the progress of the work and the accuracy of the estimatation of time to complete the job. The car is beautifully done and the entire experience of working with these folks was enjoyable. Enjoyable is not a descriptor I usually connect with car repair, but it applies for this experience.

I had some failry major Repair work done on my 2011 Toyota Avalon about 5 weeks ago and you Folks did a super job! I had to get a Rental Car as well and it was very convenient for me to be able to just drop it off at your Shop, pick up my fixed Car and let you Folks call the Rental Car Company to have them pick the Car up... and my Car looks absolute fantastic, almost new! Everything was awesome and I will surely come back if I ever need to, no question! - Thanks, Bill Fox

Superb service. They did painting on vehicle for Chrysler dealership. We had factory default and replaced hood. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Kudos to Clayton facility.
