Leigh Ann Huffman and Craig Smith at Gerber were both wonderfully helpful and easy to work with through my entire "experience" after my car was towed to the High Point location. I really appreciate the time they both took to answer all my questions and help me get my car back as soon as possible. The quality of the work on my VW was outstanding. I only had my new car for 1 day when unfortunately, I needed the services of Gerber Collision. They are amazing and very professional people. I threw them a challange and they came through in a timely manner. They had great communication with me and showed a genuine concern for me and my car. I can not stress enough how great their customer service is. Thanks you Joe and the lovely lady who took all my phone calls. My car looks fantastic again!

My husband and I had repair work done on our 2005 Chevy Tahoe back liftgate, the motor in the door had stopped working. So you guys were able to order us the part for way much cheaper than the dealership so we decided to let you all fix it. We were very satisfied with the well done job you done, we have'nt had any problems out of our liftgate. We would most definitely recommend other family & friends.

I just wanted to write this letter to express what an extreme pleasure it has been to work with Gerber Collision and Glass. April has been a joy to work with. She was friendly and showed genuine compassion for my situation. I do not have extended rental coverage on my insurance policy and April offered to provide a rental at no cost to me, fully paid for by Gerber Collision. Enterprise came and picked me up and I was on my way. The entire process didn’t even take 30 minutes. Needless to say, I was absolutely floored. Never in a million years would I have expected that level of service (and from such a large company) especially these days. It is good to know that there are still honest, genuine people running businesses who actually have their customers’ best interests at heart. I was obviously stressed and extremely worried after the ... accident, but I can honestly say that Gerber made the entire process as seamless as possible considering the circumstances. They provided grade A service from the start, even providing up to date information via text message for my convenience. April also contacted me by phone the day after my initial visit and provided my estimate down to the penny. She also told me when the parts were coming in and provided the approximate completion date. I then received another text updating the completion date by 2 days! At this very moment, my car is still in the process of being repaired, but based on what I have experienced from this company this far, I am more than confident that my repairs will be timely and my car will be as good as new . This is the 3rd time that I have been to this Raleigh location for car repairs. The most recent visit was during the last week in October-2012. I had minor damage to my 2009 Toyota Corolla, an estimate was given to me, I called and made an appointment to take the car in on 10-29-12, Darrell said the repair would take 2 days and went back to pick it up on 10-30-12 and an excellent job was done. I have found that the shop was in constant contact with me and their customer service was excellent. Hopefully I will not need their service but if I do then I will be going back to their shop on Capital Blvd. in Raleigh.
