NC - 1429 Mechanical Blvd, Garner - 8/14/12

Dropped my Toyota Truck off for repair to the rear panel. Took about 4 days to complete but they kept me up to date on everything that was going on. When I got my truck back I could not tell that my truck had ever been damaged. Was really impressive. I went to Gerber to get my car repaired and everyone was so nice .They knew what need to be done, wrote the estimate told me when to bring the car back for repairs and when to pick it up ,they even called before time to let me know..how the work was comming along.I have never had someone so thoughtful an nice. I would recomend them to everyone who need repairs to their vehnicle. Thank-you for your kindness.

The staff there is very courtous, efficient, and thorough. We have used them several times and every time the service and quality of workmanship has been perfect. I always recommend this location whenever the opportunity presents itself. You should be very proud of the staff at this facility

Gerber Collision in Cary was wonderful! The staff was so nice and they kept me updated on the status of my car the whole time it was getting repaired. Also, they got my car fixed in less than the estimated time which was a nice surprise. In addition my car looked great. I REALLY enjoyed coming here (recommended by my Volvo mechanics) and would come back again...knock on wood :) I normally do not write reviews but I went ahead and started this feedback because I was so happy with the work; and, most importantly the staff at Cary's Gerber Collison & Glass!

My claim was a neighbor boy slammed a golf ball into my trunk. also when my car was there they discovered quite a bit of hail damage and I was informed of that. I have dealt with True to Form several times and been very satifified. Now It is Gerber Collision & Glass and I find the same caring, informative treatment. I loved the Nationwide Auto Watch. Every one was very polite and made sure all my needs were met and I was satisfied. I would recomend them to anyone. They all were very super people !!! Thanks to all
