Awesome! This is the one word that I could think of after a deer ran out and wrecked my car after the completion of the repairs to my vehicle. The staff and serviceman that spoke to me at the outset put me at ease and kept me in the loop concerning the repair of my car. They did a wonderful job! One word describes this place: AMAZING!!!!!! The man at the front desk was so nice and attentive to our needs, and the other employees are so friendly as well. The shield on the bottom of our car was flapping and it only took 5 minutes to fix and put back on! These are really nice people and the service is speedy and great. I give this place a 10 all the way! I highly recommend this location to anyone needed auto services. You will be pleased. :)

From check in to check out Gerber customer service was outstanding. Every question and concern was taken care of. I received updates of my vehicle via texts and phone calls. I am totally pleased with the reapirs done of my vehcle. I feel like the staff went above and beyond what was required. Customer service is wonderful!!! I had excellent service at Gerber Collision in Garner! My contact there was Tony and he was great. He kept me informed of the status of my vehicle repair, where the parts were coming from, what parts needed to be replaced and even called a few days after I picked it up to make sure I was satisfied with the work. If Tony said he'd call me at 2pm with an update, he did exactly that. As a bonus, he was very friendly (as was everyone I came into contact with at Gerber) and had a great sense of humor. Communication is VERY important to me and Gerber did a great job. Thanks guys!! I forgot to mention that they washed, waxed and cleaned the inside of my car! It hasn't looked this good since I bought it. My friend told me I should hit a deer more often to get my car cleaned up. No thanks, but very true! :)

"What a pleasure it was to work with such an outstanding company! From the time they were first contacted until we picked up the finished product, we had several situations that delayed work on the car. Each time, they worked with us to fulfil their obligation at OUR convenience. When my husband picked up the vehicle they had even washed it, vacuumed, shampooed the carpets, AND left a little bag of candy in a bag tied to a "We appreciate your business" card. CLASSY business is all I can say!!!"

The process to get my car repaired was easier than I thought. As an insurance agent I counsel my clients all the time on what to do and how to do it, but it is different when you are the one who has to deal with the appraisals and getting the car repaired. The fact that you are paired with an Enterprise Rent-a-car just down the road made it even easier. Brent was great to work with and helped me through the process. Tiffany, your front desk person, was helpful as well and called Enterprise for me. If we need to have collision services again we will definitely use your shop.
