George Perry and his team were outstanding in their perfromance and communicatioin.\ I brought my car in with water damage in the carpet I believed was caused by the windows being left open during a stiorm. George called me when he found water in the car wh. The seats and carpet had been removed.. Cause of leak was clogged drains in the sunroof ! I have Parkinson's Disease and George dropped me off and picked me up whenn my car was ready. I give George Perry and his staff a 15 on a 1-19 scale. Thyanks, Joe Kapsch 919-461-1625

The staff at this Morganton, NC site gave awesome service. From the first visit ti view to see what needed to be done to the day I picked up my truck. Very helpful. Scheduled correctly. Parts were on site when I was asked to bring back my truck. When I picked it up it was so clean I thought it was brand new. Just GREAT service! The repair was done right completely and the color was matched , no complaint from me. Others had told be Gerber Collision in Morganton was good. But they were just Great!!!!!

The entire experience of getting my bumper replaced at Gerber Collision & Glass was absolutely outstanding! Will Hughes and Derek Wark are two of the most professional individuals I have met in quite a few years! Not only was my Ram Pickup repaired rapidly, it was done in only 3 days (estimated time was 6 days!) and the job was done perfectly. I recieved daily updates on the repair progress and both those gentlemen couldn't have been nicer! I called my State Farm Agent's office and told them to please continue to refer other State Farm members to this particular repair facility! I also took numerous business cards from this Gerber office to hand out to neighbors and friends who may need repair work in the future. All in all, I could not be more pleased!

I had a wonderful experience at Gerber. I was in an accident and my rear bumper was damaged. As a woman with little car experience I wanted to find a collision center that would be honest and informative with me. After getting a rude response from a different local auto shop, I called Gerber based on a recommendation from my car dealership. I went in for an estimate and was treated with consideration and care. They took time to explain all the details to me and even gave me advice about handling the claim. I came back to have the work done and was more than impressed with the personnel. I had a horrible experience with my insurance company regarding the claim and payment. Nick with Gerber went above and beyond in terms of customer care to help me out. He even provided a ride home from the shop when I dropped by car off. When I finally ... picked my car up 4 days later due to insurance issues (not due to any delay on Gerber's part) they checked me out quickly had my car washed and detailed and were very considerate of my insurance frustration. They even worked on my car over the weekend so I could pick it up on a Monday and not be car-less on a weekday. I would definitely recommend you go there to get collision or glass services done. read more

I have never been in a wreck before that needed me to have my vehicle put into a repair shop. From the time I walked in their doors I felt like I was in good hands. Suni Bumgarner explained & guided me through every step, & kept me updated on each process. When I went to pick up my Truck my back passenger window was fixed which had nothing to with the wreck, i was totally Shocked & Very Thankful. Everyone I talked there was very Polite & Helpful & I would Recommend Them to Anyone.
