Excellent customer service and repair work,, I was kept updated as to the status of the job and completion date and time. If I needed to call, I was always treated with professional and friendly courtesy. A special thank you to Michael Gaskin, Katherine (reception) and Alan, the technician who did my repair. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to any friends and will use them in the future for any further repair work.. Great staff and they made a very unpleasant situation stress free and Gerber is blessed to have such caring people. I would love to see them on Undercover Boss! Thank you again,,,

This was my second time using Gerber Collision.. Both times at the same location in Concord. The service has been outstanding from the Front Desk, Tonya, to the finished product. Tonya knows all the aspects to make everything run smoothly on the customers end. She took car of everything and kept me informed. The car was in excellent condition both times. Clean, actually spotless, and the repairs were outstanding! This is one of the best Customer Service locations in any industry I've had to deal with.

I had to write and let you know that the staff at this center is the best. TaKoma Sampson was always so helpful. She explained everything to me with a smile and answered all questions I had for her. She made sure to check with me on the progress of my car. Everyone that I spoke with here made me feel like I was important. What a wonderful place to work. I will always come here and recommend this center to all my friends.

I initially shared with Victor how pleased I was with the body work done by Gerber. Excellent job. Mr. Drake commented positively on the work as well. He was the person to recommend the Gerber initially. I also appreciate the efforts made to rectify the remaining mechanical problems. Victor has been very kind and has kept my up-to-date with the repair progress. The only negative to this experience is that I was not given the opportunity to choose the shop to do the mechanical work. If that had happened, perhaps this last week would have been avoided completely. Gerber's customer service and everything else was excellent.

Very impressed with the overall service. Tawnya Stephen answered all my questions, kept me updated on the status of repairs bi-weekly and personally inspected my 2013 Dodge Journey with me after the repairs were completed and made sure I was satisfied before I left. The collision repairs were complete within the time frame (1-week) as Tawnya stated. I have told others about the freindly, professional service I recieved.

The staff was excellent. I was offered coffee while I waited. I really enjoyed the benefit of the tables and outlets so that I could work as I waited. The service was prompt and very efficient. I felt like a queen the way they catered to my needs. I really want to mention Gus as he was the first face that I saw when I walked in. Also Pat and Frank worked on my car as a team to get the job done extra quickly. And last, Bobby as he directed everyone as to what would be the best for the client and the business. It was a great experience............but I hope I don't have to go back!!! lol But I would if I needed service of this type again and I have already recommended others to go see these guys.

I was hesitant at first since it had changed from True To Form. I had work done there before and ws completely satisfied. However, Rashey Hill and the gang there did excelent work and were very customer oriented. It's difficult enough going through an ordeal such and an accident. They were as true to the customer as my insurance company, GEICO, has been for the past 30 years. I wish Gerber the same success and expect it if this type of service continues. Please pass on a Merry Christmas for me to them. Thanks much, Charles
