Gerber Collision provided me with continuous updates, courteousness exchanges, and excellent body work. My car looks even better than it did before the accident. I love how committed they are to making their customers happy. I need my service to finish sooner than scheduled because I was leaving town and Gerber adjusted their schedule accordingly. Additionally, i really appreciated the daily phone calls and texts to update me on the status of my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who needs vehicle repairs.

I had a wreak late on a Thursday night, I called my insurance company and they gave me a few places to have my car repaired. I choose Gerber Collison because it's not very far from my home and I felt I could easily go by to check on my car if I felt a need to. My car was towed there on the next day. I immediately started getting phone calls, which happened daily along with photos on the progress of the repairs from start to finish. My contact person, Joe Irwin was very professional and curtious keeping me in the loop and at ease. I did not feel the need to visit the shop. When I picked up my car the following Thursday, the office staff were also pleasant. Mr. Irwin was there to escort me to my car and explained the details of the repairs and warranties. I would definitly take a car back there and I recommend them highly.

I can't express enough how satisfied I am with the service and quality of work I received at Gerber Collision. I was in an accident with my 2013 Altima and the job that was done looks like it was never hit. I would recommend anybody going to them for service. The service was just wonderful and my point of contact (Mr. Lee) was very friendly ans gave me updates every week on the progress on the work. GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY = HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
