I was 100% satisfied with both customer and repair service. The people at Gerber made me feel like I was the only customer there and my satisfaction was the top priority. They updated me regularly on the status of my repair and kept in constant contact so I would be up to date on the progress. My car looked brand new and I couldn't be happier. Gerber was amazing and I will be recommending their services every chance I get!

Everyone was fantastic! Phil gave me a thorough overview of what repairs would be needed, walked me through the estimate process, and kept me updated via phone calls as to the status of the repair. I also received text messages updating me on the day my car would be ready, and it was done a few days early! I arrived to pick it up a few minutes after the shop was supposed to close on a Friday afternoon, and everyone was so pleasant and helpful with letting me inspect the repairs, ask questions, reminding me about the guarantee of the work, and sending me on my way! They even took care of returning the rental car for me so I didn't have anything else to worry about. It was a great experience!

The service I received at Gerber Collision and Glass was fantastic. Everyone I spoke with was professional and helpful. I really appreciated the phone calls with status updates as well as the text updates. The repair work itself was excellent.

I also appriciated that they worked well with Enterprise Rental - I was able to drop off the car at the Gerber site and they took care of the return which saved me time. I just wanted the rear bumper replaced on my Toyota Tacoma due to rust. I purchased the new bumper and brought it to this location to have it installed. They only charged me for labor and it was about one half of what I expected to pay. On top of that they drove me back home and picked me up when the job was finished. They also washed my vehicle. The new bumper looks great and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received here. I am delighted with the service I received and it greatly exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

My repair quality was excellent. Lee was the adjuster and he had some challenges with my fleet company, but was always very professional and kept me updated on the status until I was able to pick up my vehicle. I am impressed by my first experience with Gerber and will recommend them to others.

In a few words, I was happy my GEICO agent, Cody Clark, recommended Gerber for my repairs. Suni Bumgarner kept me informed for all 4 weeks during my repair, and truly cared about me as if I was her only customer. Her name exactly personifies her personality, and I enjoyed meeting her when I finally picked up my car. My car has performed fantastically and never looked as though it was damaged. Suni's description of everything that was happening to my car was very detailed..I was super impressed.
