Dear Mr. Zander, I wanted to write you a personal note to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service of one of your employees, Jason Owens. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was by his attention to detail and his quality service throughout the process of my car's repair. He is a huge asset to your company and brand and, quite frankly, makes the Gerber business shine. I am the Director of Public & Media Relations and Marketing/Advertisement in my company, and I know very well the value of an employee that goes the extra mile in the way of customer service and representing the brand. Having an employee that is trustworthy to be the living and breathing thumbprint of your business is of tremendous importance, especially in our vulnerable market and stakeholder groups today. Our economy is fragile, and customers are ... all too quick to find reasons to complain if the smallest detail is missed or he/she feels as if they were not attended to sufficiently. Jason Owens is THE reason that my parents and my brother told me to bring my Honda to Gerber when I was in an accident (a motorcyclist slammed into my car because he didn't see me...fortunately, his insurance company paid for my repairs). Even though Gerber was not on the list for Progressive Insurance, I told them that your establishment was going to be where I took my Honda anyway, based on the incredible reviews of my family's experience with Jason and your company. I just relocated back to Garner from Texas, so I relied heavily on my family's advice of where to go. I picked up my Honda today, and it looks fantastic! When I first dropped it off, Jason assured me that he would let me know the time-line of repairs and update me as needed so that I would feel connected with the process. His follow-up was remarkable and very appreciated. I have NEVER experienced such quality service from an automobile business and can easily see why my family pointed me to Gerber. Not only did Jason attend to the technical aspect of the repairs, he made certain that I felt attended to as a valued customer. As you know, it is vital that customers today feel like they are more than a dollar sign and pay check or a bottom line result for a business. I hope you will do whatever you can to retain Jason as a star employee and reward him for what he brings to the Gerber brand. Any company would be blessed to have such a stellar representative. He is succeeding at not only retaining customers (like my parents and my brother), but he is also capturing new ones (like myself) through his excellent work ethic and personable, professional reputation. Additionally, the receptionists that sit out front of your offices and answer your phones are so polite and professional. I am beyond impressed with the staff you have assimilated. Thank you so much for extending kindness to your customers through hiring and placing incredible talent among your employees. Not only will you receive future business from me, but I will be certain to spread the word about your fine establishment and its top-quality service. I just wanted to say that I truly had a great experience at Gerber Collision. Craig, Leslie and their team of professionals did an outstanding job in repairing the damage to my son's Suzuki. They sent me periodic updates on the vehicle and I was never lacking for information. They even texted me once a week about the status. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and the end result of their work. I am totally going to inform the Soldiers of Gerber Collision and let them know to choose them before anyone other Collision service. Thanks again Gerber Collision Paul Neale

"I just got my truck back after only 5 days. You guy's did an absolutley fan-tabulous job. Your staff was prompt, courteous, and professional. The repair looked better than the original, and when I picked up my truck it was washed and cleaned up and they even left a "sweet surprise" on the dash. A tree fell and crushed my pick-up truck bed, I need my truck for work. They we're going to re-place the sides, but that would've taken a week to 10 days. They took the time to track down a truck bed, let me look at it , matched the paint, and painted it ,before I had to bring the truck in. They repaired it in a DAY! THE TRUCK LOOKS BRAND NEW and I lost no time at work. Great Job Thanks

My car was at Gerber for over 2 weeks mainly because the person who caused the accident the insurance company was having problems deciding if she had insurance with them so my insurance company NC Farm Bureau took over and things were done within 3 days. The people at Gerber were friendly and available to answer my questions. Thanks

I had a Great experience with Gerber, A deer had run into my car and when I brought it in I had taped up my front end. The tape was wet and my bumper was going to fall off so They wanted to take my car that Day. Things did not work with the Rent A Car that they helped set up for that day So I had dropped it off the next day . I picked up my car 1 week later In the rain again and the hood and front end had large Beads of water Great Sign the entire car was shining. Gerber kept me posted on the work. They were very pleasnt and I would recommend them to all my friends.
