I was very pleased with the quality and speed of my car repairs. The staff were all very professional and concerned that everything was to our satisfaction. Jennifer Ward, the estimator for the repair, was very thorough, catching an error in the invoice and making sure that all billed repairs were completed. My husband and I would certainly recommend Gerber to others.

I have had my Chevy Camaro repaired with Gerber twice. Each time has been very fast and has been high quality work. Everyone there has been super friendly! I appreciate the numerous notifications about the status of my repairs throughout the process. Each time was less than they actually estimated, and my car was treated like royalty. It was extra clean when I picked it up both times. This repair shop is top notch, and I highly "wreck-ommend" it!!! The people and service are very professional.

This is the second time I've had to have work done (unfortunately) but the folks at this location are so extremely nice, thorough, and personable that it makes the hassle of getting your car fixed after an accident . I hope I don't need to have any repairs done anytime soon, but if i do, I know where to go! I will also be recommending this location to anyone who needs collision repair.

Repair was completed on time and was done exceptionally well. Michael G stayed in touch with me 2-3 times per week keeping me updated on progress and made sure that all fluids added were exactly what was currently used in the vehicle. David C took great pains in bringing my truck back to pre-accident condition. The entire process was as pleasant as it could possibly be. This type of customer care is unusual today but I really appreciated his interest in my repair. I would highly recommend this repair facility to anyone without reservation!! My father (who lives in NY) was visiting me on his way to florida & had a car accident which Gerber handled the damages. I have to highly recommend Gerber for there professionalism. Especially Amelia Harris in customer service. She went above and beyond to give us daily updates and her compassion for the situation was unbelievable. She is a great asset to the company as was the other employees who worked on my dads car. We would highly recommend Gerber.

My dad passed away in September. He left his Volvo to me. Before Dad died, he managed to run into a few objects resulting in necessary body work. Derek and all the staff at Gerber's High Point treated me with care and concern. They also made the Volvo's dents and scrapes disappear in a timely and professional manner. I have nothing but praise for the job Gerber did replacing the bumper on my Honda Civic. Not only did I pick up my car a day early, but both the inside and outside of the car were completely cleaned. The car and bumper look great and I thank the friendly people who assisted me. I will definitely recommend Gerber to my friends.
