I recently was involved in a wreck in which I was not at fault. The other person's insurance paid for my repairs. It was a hassle dealing with all that. But Gerber made everything run smoothly. They had a rental car for me, and came to my work to pick up my car for repairs. I was sent pictures of the work via text and email. When I picked up my car I was in awe. It looked brand new. The work was incredible. The whole car had been waxed and cleaned inside and out. They even shampooed my SEATS!!!! That part was my favorite because I was just getting ready to pay someone to have that service done for me. I was not expected that at all. They did an amazing job on my car and I am very pleased with their work, I would highly recommend their services to anyone I know!! Thank you so much for your hard work on my car!!! Thanks!!!

Gerber repair did an AWESOME job on my rav4 it looks brand new!!!! the customer service was the best! I received a call from Toby ( one of the mechanics) Tues & Thurs. with updates on how the repair was going. This was my first "experience" in a car accident, and the service here made it less anxious for me.I will surely recommend this shop! The receptionist is also very nice. THANK YOU!!!

The service was top notch. They explained how the process went and sent me daily alerts on progress. The customer service was fantastic. I would give 5 stars but I am going to have to go back because some of my interior and exterior lights are not working. I do note that they would not have observed these observations during daylight hours.

Jennifer and the entire staff were very courteous and professional. The entire process from start to finish could not have been handled any better. The timeframe for the repairs was spot on, my car was delivered as promised and looked better than new. In this day and age of big business and the sometimes cold and indifferent response you get from them, it is good to see people that actually enjoy their job and go out of their way to connect with and help the customer. I would highly recommend your company and especially the staff at the 3506 bragg blvd location.

Craig, Michael, Michael, & Leslie took care of me wonderfully. I could not be happier. My Subaru WRX got some front end damage. The Gerber team was able to replace the parts with an after market kit. It took much customization on their part, but the guys in the back did a great job. The paint matches beautifully. With all the customization I had already done, and the addition of the kit, I truly have a one of a kind car that turns heads everywhere. Thank you Guys.
