Angela F. handled all the communication regarding the service I required on my 2005 Cadiallac STS. My car was vandalized so it was an emotional experience for me. Angela displayed compassion and empathy in a professional manner. My car looked as good as it did the day I bought it. Obivious to me the entire staff takes pride in the work they do. I sincerely appreciated the text msg updates I received during the process as well.

Customer service was great from the very moment I walked in al the way through from beginning to very end. The staff was very informative and Daryl kept me updated. This location has done work for me before years back. When the collision was done, my answer to my insurance rep was Gerber.....

Sabas O. and Amelia H. exceeded my exceptions after I wrecked my truck. When I first contacted Gerber Collision, I was a little took back on how easy it was for me. I then opted to go with custom (Cheaper and better) parts and Sabas and the Tech walked me through each step of the process to make sure I understood it. I was literately blown away by the customer service that Amelia and Sabas provided me. Often times we have bad experiences, not with these two representatives at Gerber. I have since recommended them to employees I work with. Thanks guys.
