The staff was courteous, helpful, plesant and professional. They conveyed confidence that the repairs would be completed in not more than three days and, in fact, it took only one day. The work was outstanding and I could not be more pleased. I will refer Gerber whenever the opportunity arises.

Fantastic service--Everyone was helpful and considerate. After my accident, initially I was going to use my car insurance, but Gerber employee Nick suggested I try to contact the other party's insurance company for reparation--and they immediately paid completely. I definitely wanted Gerber to perform the repairs. Simon kept me informed on the progress. Simon and Brian were both also very kind to me, Car looks terrific. I would absolutely recommend Gerber to everyone. Thank you for making an unpleasant situation very pleasant.

The service here was excellent from start to finish. Every team member I interacted with was friendly and capable. Phone call updates were frequent. One "above-and-beyond" aspect: They offered me the option of getting all factory parts and having them repair instead of replace one piece (as was recommended by the adjuster). I took them up on it and the result looks showroom perfect. Kudos to everyone there!

The employees are always friendly and helpful. The work is done in a reasonable amount of time. Usually earlier than the insurance company gives them. And the work is that of excellence. I wouldn't go anywhere else for body work.

From everything I see the job was done well repairing my van. I have no complaints. Everybody was friendly, helpful and the job was done on time. I was text commenting on the progress and was informed all the way. The car rental was accross the driveway making everything handy. I give you all an A +. I was slow replying because I put your brochure in my glovebox and kept forgetting to bring in to reply.

Angela displayed compassion and empathy in a professional manner. My car looked as good as it did the day I bought it. Obivious to me the entire staff takes pride in the work they do.
