Put a new rear bumper on my honda accord. If you could rate a 10 I would. They were quick and kept me informed at all times and finished my car 2 days early.. Handled getting me a rental car and when I picked my car up, they had given it a wonderful wash job. I will recommend them to everyone i know. Everyone there was so nice and I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them....It looks great.

What a great experience from start to finish. After the wreck occurred and my car was towed in, they were nice enough to send Ashley to pick me up to get my rental. What a huge help! Kevin handled my repairs and kept me updated on my car during the entire process. My car was done quicker than originally expected. And they even delivered it! I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

My whole accident ordeal has been very nerve wrecking and stressful. But I am very happy to report Jennifer did not contribute to any of it. Jennifer gave awesome customer service. I received an update telephone call weekly (sometimes twice a week). My car was ready two weeks prior to the projected finish date. From check in to check out I received great service. Thank you and job well done.

We went to Gerber collision when we got rear ended in traffic. We really didn't have any idea where to go. We found Gerber was very close to where we lived and my husband asked at work and someone said they had gone there. Well, they were great about keeping us informed on the progress of our car and were very professional. We got our car back in a week and it looks GREAT!!! You would never guess we had any damage. They were so friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

This was my third time here (no shame...well just a little) and they offered me the best price and service they possibly could. I was very pleased with all aspects of the service I received at Gerber's. My car was new, only 1100 miles, and I was very disappointed when I got sideswiped. The folks at Gerber were compassionate and reassuring and helped with a rental car and coordinating with insurance from the party who hit me. They did the work in a very reasonable time and the car looks wonderful. I will tell my friends about their work and will use them again if I should need any more work.
