Hello, I just wanted to let someone know that I had a great experience at your Ice Drive location in Raleigh, NC a couple of weeks ago. Exacty two weeks ago today I backed over a stump and then pulled forward. It wasn't good news for my bumper. I called Gerber Collision which by the way was referred to us by our Lexus dealership. I spoke to Brian, and he told me to bring it in. When I arrived there I walked in and Steve took care of me right away. He had Brandon come and take a look at my car. Within a few minutes my bumper was back in place. I just wanted to say "Thanks". I thought it was going to be time-consuming and expensive. I was completely wrong. Thanks!!!

I took my van to Gerber Collision in Morganton, NC recently after it was involved in an accident. The service was amazing as always! They completed the job quickly and did an amazing job. When I got my van back it was so clean both inside and out! I love the way they make sure to return the vehicles in great shape. The repair work was outstanding and you cannot tell the vehicle was ever damaged. I can attest to this location's work as they repaired another vehicle of mine 5 years ago and did and amazing job and it has held up wonderfully. I have no doubts their work will last a lifetime! As always, amazing service from Bob and his team. Thanks!

This location is the only ceritified mechanics in Jacksonville. At first, I was leary. When they say first imperssion matter--it does. Immediately, I felt at secure and welcomed. The lobby was bright and clean. A major plus! Then I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist--not a normal experience at mechanic shops. She was great, imformative, friendly. The individual that provided the quote and updates was very percise and provided great communication. I knew what to expect and what was going. I thoroughly enjoyed the experiment. I recommended the place to my son. And I will recommend them to others. Great location, clean and inviting atmosphere, topped with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I have to say I decided to try Gerber on recommendation of USAA and I am glad I did. I was quite worried since my car was so new that matching a red color would be difficult. I am more than impressed with the quality of workmanship that was accomplished. I will definitely be recommending this body shop to anyone I know in need. Keep up the great work.
