Although I have been unfortunate to have been involved in several accidents over the past year, I know my vehicle is going to be taken care of at Gerber Huntersville. They always keep me updated on my repair progress, help coordinate a loaner, answer any and all questions I might have and do everything they can to get my car out of there quick! Allison over there is top notch, she's super helpful and friendly, any concern I've ever had has been promptly addressed and resolved to my complete satisfaction. Nobody likes having an accident but these folks make the process as painless as possible!!!

Hello, I just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know of the excellent customer service I received from Allison G. at your Huntersville, NC location. The morning I drove my car in to Gerber she was first of all very friendly and welcoming. She took a look at the damage of my car and said she would get an estimate to me asap. ASAP she did, she followed up that morning with detailed email of what needed to be done. We exchanged several emails and she was so prompt in her response to each of my questions and it literally took me by surprise as so often the customer has to keep reaching out to a vendor to find out what is going on or what the answer may be. I too work in customer service and I wanted you to know how appreciative of the way she is doing her job and also representing Gerber. This place is the BEST!!!! I the past 2 months both of my cars had been hit from behind from another driver. Their insurance paid the bill, but Gerber did an amazing job of both of my cars... I like the fact that they were quick and called me to give updates on the status of my car. They even washed the car when it was done... I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that needs body work on their car.... A+++++

Brad was AMAZING. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, he helped me out when I really needed it. My car had a lot of damage and he found a way to fix the damage at the lowest possible cost. I would not have been able to find such a deal or better work anywhere else. I am so pleased and would recommend his services to anyone!

I had my collision repair done at this location and received nothing but the best service. My car was fixed to look and work like a brand new car. Overall, I was very pleased with the services provided by Gerber. I had absolutely no problems and my questions were always answered on time. Also the time it took my car to get fully fixed took a shorter amount of time than I thought it would.

THE DRIVER'S SIDE OF MY WHITE MINIVAN WAS DAMAGED FROM A PARKING LOT INCIDENT. GERBER DID A VERY NICE JON OF REPAIR DENTS AND REPAINTING THE SIDE. THEY MATCHED THE ORIGINAL COLOR SO WELL THAT YOU REALLY CANNOT TELL WHERE THE WORK WAS DONE. ALSO, THEIR REPAIR COST AND TIME WERE VERY REASONABLE.

Brad did an outstanding job with my vehicle. He was very informative and professional through out the fixing process. I especially appreciated the step by step text messages that were sent to my phone, informing me what stage my car was and how soon I should expect the work to be completed. Once the work was completed, I received a call to pick up my car and I must say that my 2013 Kia Optima looks just like new! Gerber you guys rock! I will definitely refer people to this body shop. Jennifer W. was excellent in her provision of customer service. She was very professional, courteous and in seem very knowledgeable about the auto body repair craft and even provided some valuable insight as to the workings of the insurance company. Becuse of her responsiveness and willingness to address my concerns, I personally felt it saved me a lot of grief and headache that I might otherwise have had in not being provided the correct information. Because of Ms. Ward's efforts to ensure quality services in a timely manner without inconvenience, I would definitely recommend Gerber to a friend or family member in need of your services. Although I would try to avoid any mishap that would warrant auto body repair services in the future, I would certainly return to Gerber should the need ever arise.

Chose gerber collision to repair 5 year old paint that was peeling from a previous repair.I would rate their customer service 5 of 5. Jennifer was friendly, informative and PROACTIVE. She embodies the customer is first attitude.The workmanship appears top notch, time will be the ultimate judge. A difficult repair was my front bumper, which was an additional I requested out of pocket. The bodyman described his repair process to me. He avoided using body filler on the urethane bumper, because it would stiffen the urethane and increase weight as well as chance of cracking. He plastiwelded the scratches, no easy feat. Work was done in a timely manner. Allstate had not reserved a rental, so Gerber sprung for it until Allstate took care of it. Saved me from sitting at the rental place waiting to get ahold of the Allstate folks. Thanks again ... Jennifer and Gerber Collision. read more

I had body work done on 2011 toyota and 2014 toyota corolla Le ,due to damage done by animals. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but was very nice and fast. Couldn't have ask for anything more. They also keep me up to date as they were working on my vehicle. I would recommend them to everyone . Thanks to the team at gerber collision in Morganton NC.

Thank you to all involved in getting me back on the road. Especially, Karen, John, Brett, and Robbie at the Market Street, Wilmington N.C. location. I had a small collision to the front of my vehicle(03 Acura 3.2TL S-Type). My drivers side headlight housing was peeling before the accident and therefore was not included in the repair. However, I had purchased a used headlight housing over 1 year ago with the intention of changing it myself but never did. When I picked my car up, everything looked great except the headlight that was already damaged. I mentioned that I had this used headlight to Robbie and Brett. They said to bring the headlight by and they would change it out for me no charge. So, I brought it by the next day, John took my car into the bay and Brett changed the headlight housing for me, just as they promised. Looks great! ...
