Allison was a wonderful help to me. I had never had to have a claim before and she explained everything to me. The work that was done to my car was great, couldn't even tell anything had been done. I would recommend this place to people.

They did an excellent job on our prius. They pointed us towards the rental car coupon and did an amazing job keeping us updated on the timeframe and what was going on. The only thing We'd say could be improved upon is that they didnt know how to fix the hybrid part of our engine and as that becomes more common they should be equipped to handle it. Also, because they could not they had to send it someone else and that extended the time our car was in the shop by an extra week and a half. We are grateful they handled our rental car past the guaranteed date. We are over all very happy with the service received and the great customer service we received. We'd recommend them to others.

We were directed by Erie Insurance to get my daughter's car Toyota PRIUS repaired. I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Stephanie who handled the repairs. The car was fixed to our satisfaction and delivered to us as promised on time. I also had some work done on our LEXUS and wanted to thank her our taking care to get the job done. I had a wonderful experience at Gerber Collision. Kevin handled my repair work and was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I spoke with him several times whenever I had a question about any little thing. He did the first inspection on my vehicle and he brought to my attention very small details that I hadn't noticed after the auto collision. I was very impressed from the get-go and I remain a very pleased customer after the fact. My vehicle looks like brand new money today and I would go back to them in a heartbeat if I ever needed anything else repaired. Mollie kept me informed about the repair process as well with phone calls and texts throughout the entire duration of my Ford Edge's stay at Gerber. I wouldnt go anywhere else! Thanks so much guys!!!

I had two rear end incidents in 2 months. I took my vehicle to Gerber both times (referral from a friend) and was very surprised by how smooth everything went. When I scheduled a repair, it took about a day and a half in which I was car-less, which was great. I was able to leave my rental car there as well, which make the whole process super easy. The car came back look amazing, plus it was washed, which it was in dire need of.
