Excellent work - even with used parts. I'm relieved that the cost was less than a "totaled" car estimate. Updates by email and phone were nice to keep me informed and help me plan. Good work and pleasant staff made me feel as good as possible under the circumstances.

When i went to pick up my car, there were some problems with the painting. Al looked at it, agreed, and said he would have it corrected by the next day; which he did. Very happy with the end result and glad to see there was no problems with getting it corrected.

Brad and his team did a great job in simplifying the process following a collision. They assisted us with the insurance companies, got our car in right away, made sure we understood all the paperwork, and of course, did a great job on our car. Don M. was my Service Representative..and he was so interested in my Problem and made me feel so comfortable and assured that my problems were going to get excellent attention. He gave me and my car his full attention while I was talking. My car was repaired promptly, and I was given a Courtesy call I could come get it.. Mr. M. met me at the door and escorted me to my car and explained all the details to me and he walked me around my car for inspection and my satisfaction....I cannot recommend Gerber Collision enough and I hope all who visit a Gerber have a Don M. as their Rep. I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. The staff is very friendly and responsive and my car looks immaculate. They even did a small repair to my bumper for free, which saved me hundreds of dollars. This is a service you never hope to need, but if I ever need a body shop in the future, I will not hesitate to come to Gerber.
