This is a great crew. From Amy at the front desk to Jennifer the estimator, everyone is genuinely concerned about me - the customer. When I brought the car in, I had many concerns because an automobile is a large expense. However, they were quick to calm my concerns. When I called periodically to check on the progress, they were very prompt to answer the phone and if they didn't know the answers to my questions, they found out. I will always bring my car to this shop and recommend to anyone I speak to that they should do the same. Thanks again for your great service.

I got into an accident, which wasnt my fault on August 14th. i cannot think gerbal glass and collision ENOUGH!!! the minute i walked in the two ladies melanie and brittany up front were very humble and encouraging. not only did they take my car in right away but called a tow truck to tow my car in that very same hour that i walked in. also may i please mention Mr.Bret b. for monitoring my car repair process. the many times i called, melanie, brittany and bret have all been very patient with me calling and updating me. i would VERY HIGHLY WRECK-COMMEND Gerber Collision. today when i finally got my car back, the car looked spanking and sparkling BRAND NEW AS IF NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. thanks Gerber Collision
